Based out of Mumbai, Mrinalini Tewari ­­­­­­is an Indian Award-Winning Filmmaker, Music Producer and Singer-Songwriter.  Apart from directing ad films and music videos her films are present on National Geographic and Disney Hotstar and have won several awards at national and international level. Her recent documentary ‘Ruins and Remains’, a film based on Kristi community talks about the existing Portuguese Settlements on the coastline of Maharashtra. The film was an official selection at the prestigious 25th Filmsouth Asia, documentary film festival held in Kathmandu, Nepal. The same doc was also screened at International Folklore Film Festival, Kerela organised by Federation of Film Societies. She has also collaborated as a Director & Producer for a lockdown film for Broadview TV, Germany.

Apart from being a Filmmaker, Mrinalini is also one of the leading contemporary musicians in India. Trained as an Indian classical singer she bridges across different genres of music like Hindustani classical music and folk music with jazz elements. She has given music and been the voice for various Ad films, short films, documentaries and feature films and has performed across India’s leading music festivals. Mrinalini recently collaborated with musicians from around the world and released her latest single ‘Naina’. Mrinalini also has six years’ experience in the media industry & has worked with the biggest entertainment group, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited.
